Beer Soaked Bratwurst

One Package of Bratwurst (Johnsville is preferred)
One 6 pack of cheap beer, do not waste the good
beer on this, save it to drink while it cooks
Yellow Onions, lots and chopped
One chopped garlic head

Put the 6 pack of cheap beer in large pot Put the chopped onions and
garlic in pot and add bratwurst Cook at a low simmer for several hours
Take pot off fire, and put in refrigerator for at least 24 hours 
Heat up outside grill,   Remove brats
from pot, and place on grill when coals are ready Heat thoroughly Put
on bun with mustard and sauerkraut and eat with good cold beer.
