Baked Bean Pot Lentils

1 cup Lentils
2 1/2 cups Water
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons Catsup
2 tablespoons Molasses
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
4 slices Bacon; diced and cooked

Yield: 1 servings In saucepan, combine lentils, water,
onion, and salt.  Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 45
minutes.  Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into 1-quart
casserole dish and bake  at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
