Apple Crisp apples peeled and sliced (enough to fill 9x13 pan) 1 cup sugar 4 Tbsp flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup water 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup flour 2/3 cup margarine Slice apples in 9x13 pan. Add sugar, 4 Tbsp flour, cinnamon and mix. Pour 1 cup water over this. Mix brown sugar, oatmeal, 1 cup flour and margarine. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. This is especially good served warm with vanilla ice cream. holly zone 5 zacwinic@mail.netnitco.net -- ~~Rec.food.recipes is moderated; only recipes and recipe requests are accepted for posting.
