The Department of Rehabilitation and Movement Science integrates three complementary applied human sciences that focus on promoting optimal health as well as disease and injury prevention through participation in physical activity. The Department is fully engaged in supporting the University’s goal of strengthening its intellectual climate and curricula in the area of health. Department Faculty have strong interdisciplinary research ties with faculty in Engineering, Nutrition, Psychology, and Medicine.
