County apartments were constructed in 1970. They consist of 89 unfurnished units; 42 two bedroom apartments on either the first or second floor, 14 one bedroom apartments on the first floor, and 33 two bedroom townhouse apartments, in eleven two-story buildings.
Ethan Allen Apartments consists of former military officers’ quarters built between 1895 and 1933. There are 11 buildings, with one to four apartments in each. Twenty-two apartments in this complex have two bedrooms, and nine have three bedrooms. All but four have basement storage areas and washer/dryer hook-ups (building 1003 does not have basement).
