Here you will find information about Apartments and Family Housing (AFH) in ResLife and our 120 apartments located at the historic Fort Ethan Allen in Colchester/Essex Junction.

To be eligible to live at AFH, you must be a full time student or part time (6 credit) degree-seeking student and one of the following:

• Student with Family
• Single Parent (50% custody) Student
• Graduate Student
• Medical Student
• Undergraduate Student 23 Years and Older
• Transfer Student 21 Years and Older
