Housing Options Overview

The process for getting housing on campus is dependent on your student status.

• First-Time, First-Year Students - are guaranteed housing and receive room assignments in mid-August.
  
• Returning Students - are granted housing for the next year through the Room Selection process held during the spring semester.
  
• Transfer Students - are not guaranteed housing, but are encouraged to put their names on the housing request list.
  
• Graduate Students - can apply for housing at Apartments and Family Housing.
  
• Non-Traditional Students - can apply for housing at Apartments and Family Housing.
