Rachel completed her teacher training with Emily Garrett and Sofi Dillof at Laughing River Yoga. Her intention as a yoga teacher is to create a supportive and inclusive yoga community that allows people to open their hearts, move beyond perceived boundaries, and heal. She practices and teaches yoga because yoga teaches her to let go, helps her stay balanced, and inspires her to be her most authentic self. Her classes emphasize moving with breath; being fully present; aligning mind, body, and spirit; and connecting with the inner self.
