Certification Classes
Obtain your CPR, first aid, lifeguarding, or WSI at UVM! All courses are located on the UVM Athletic Campus and taught by a qualified American Heart Association instructor (CPR, First Aid) and Lifeguarding (American Red Cross) at a reduced rate! UVM students, UVM faculty/staff, and community members may register for all courses.
Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification - American Heart Association HeartSaver
The American Heart Association Heartsaver class includes certification in adult, child and infant CPR, AED, and first aid. Individuals who are required to obtain certification as a requirement of their employment should confirm with their supervisor that this course meets the requirement (recommended for health care providers) prior to registering for this class.
Certification cards will be ready for pick up at the main Campus Recreation office (by Fitness Center entrance) within two weeks of the successful completion of a class.
