Adventure Day Camp employees contribute to the lives of Burlington area youth in positive ways that last a lifetime. Each staff member is an essential component of the ADC experience. All applicants must be available for all seven weeks of camp (June 15 - July 31) as well as the mandatory staff training (week of June 8-12, times vary based on position) and camp closing on Monday, August 3rd.

All employment offers are contingent upon a background check, which will be conducted approximately 30 days before the first day of employment. Additionally, all ADC employees must have current CPR/AED and first aid certifications. The required certification class are provided free of charge during training for any staff members without current necessary certifications.
