To ensure your safety and smooth transition from one spin hour to the next spin hour, team members and individual spinners should plan to be in the spin area 10 minutes before the start of their scheduled session. At the start of your hour, a spin instructor will be available to guide you to your team bike or individual bike. Get a good night sleep, eat well before your session and remember your water bottles.
All proceeds and donations will go to: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
