Spin-A-Thon for National Recreational Sports and Fitness Day

To benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

SATURDAY, February 22nd 2014 @ 9:00am - 3:00pm

Location: Gutterson Spin Room (At the UVM Athletic Complex)

Registration Fee - Per Session:
$25 (Each Rider)

There will be six (6) one hour sessions and 28 bikes available per session.  There is a $25 non-refundable deposit to register and reserve your space for this amazing event.  To register go to my web page: http://pages.teamintraining.org/vtnt/rnredin14/crazyvtrunner and make a donation of $25 - make sure you indicate in the message section that you are registering for the spin-a-thon.  We will contact you to find out what session you would like to spin in.

Print out pledge sheet and ask family and friends to sponsor you.

To ensure your safety and smooth transition from one spin hour to the next spin hour, team members and individual spinners should plan to be in the spin area 10 minutes before the start of their scheduled session. At the start of your hour, a spin instructor will be available to guide you to your team bike or individual bike. Get a good night sleep, eat well before your session and remember your water bottles.

There will be prizes for the top three riders that collect the most pledges.  For more information you can contact Debra Fraser at 802-881-7725 or at crazyvtrunner@gmail.com.

All proceeds and donations will go to: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
