Kettlebell - Instructional Rec

Are you interested in overall physical fitness and learning or improving your kettlebell technique? Here are two workshop options to fit your needs.

Our Russian Kettlebell Specialist Stephen Groves (stephen.f.groves-jr@uvm.edu) has designed a Russian Kettlebelling Basics workshops around developing control, strength, power, joint stability through a large range of motion, anaerobic and aerobic endurance, willpower, and a rock solid core.  Utilizing basic movements that build up to more complex traditional and non-traditional lifts, attendees will develop a broad tool set for use in the high intensity Advanced Russian Kettlebell Class, as well as supplemental use in their own personal workouts.  The workshop is technique focused, and geared for persons of all fitness levels.
