In Georgia all our teachers are required to get a Special Georgia Technology Certificate within the next several years. Part of the process is preparing an electronic portfolio. I found your rubric on the Internet and modified it to meet our needs. I would like to credit you on the rubric and ask your permission to use it as modified.
