Morris, PT3 Professional Development Coordinator Holly Buckland Parker, PT3 Project Manager Sandra Lathem,  PT3 Outreach Coordinator Charles Rathbone, Associate Professor Rebecca Sexton, K-6 Technology Resource Teacher and former UVM student     Learner/participant outcomes To examine two electronic portfolios To learn how to assess an electronic portfolio To discuss what we learned about each of these two students from their portfolios To make recommendations regarding the potential of electronic portfolio development   Methods Participants will work in small groups with sample electronic portfolios completed by our pre-service student interns for state certification. They will be shown how to review the portfolios and be given rubrics to guide them in the process. Each group will provide feedback to the whole and discuss the benefits and drawbacks of electronic portfolio assessment and make recommendations about their potential as an assessment tool. We will provide laptop computers for groups of 2-3 participants.
