- Set up Active Directory
- Update operating systems, drivers, utilities, programs
- Protection from malware
Equipment
- Support UVM-owned faculty PC's and laptops used both in office and home
- Support desktop PC's: graduate lab, staff, lecturers
- Maintain LCD projectors, classroom PC's
- On the spot assistance with equipment issues during colloquia, dissertation defenses, and classes
- Maintain 42" poster printer
