UVM Career: Assistant Professor, 1970-74; Associate Professor, 1974-01. Director of Clinical Training, 1974-77, 1989-90, 1993-95.

Key Scholarly Interests: Developmental psychopathology, mental retardation.

Publication Highlights: Published dozens of book chapters, technical reports, and papers in journals ranging from the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Journal of Abnormal Psychology, to Developmental BeHasazihavioral Pediatrics and Pediatric Dentistry

Teaching/Research/Memberships: Supervised 34 doctoral dissertations and many M.A. theses; over $2 million in research grants and contracts; spearheaded passage of psyHasazichology licensing law for Vermont PsychoHasazilogical Association and chaired State of VerHasazimont Licensing Board for 5 years; first chair of Continuing Education Committee of AmeriHasazican Psychological Association; co-founded Behavior Therapy and Psychotherapy Center at UVM; on 3 editorial boards and ad hoc reviewer of articles for 10 major Journals.

Awards and Honors: Doctor of Science (Honorary), 1982, Universidad Autonoma De CentroAmerica (Costa Rica); Fulbright Scholarship, 1985.

Community Service: Service on boards of Epilepsy Foundation of Vermont, Howard Mental Health Services, Inc. Resources for Community Living; Crime Victims Assistance Fund; and Epilepsy Foundation of America, Youth Transition Project. Service on the Family Proceedings Advisory Committee, which drafted Vermont's child custody statute.
