Jerome is a soil scientist surveying on Prince of Wales Island for the planning department. Jerome also works out of Ketchikan in the Supervisors Office compiling an annual status and monitoring report on the Tongass National Forest that will be published on the web and distributed nationally.

Matt, a talented winemaker at Jonata, an estate in California's Santa Ynez Valley, helps them build a portfolio to make the wine world take notice.
After UVM, Peter traveled and worked for a while then went to graduate school at Oregon State (M.S.) and North Carolina State (Ph.D.) in entomology. Since 1997, Peter have been an entomologist with the USDA-ARS in Hilo, Hawaii with research interests in postharvest entomology, biological control, IPM in macadamia nut and tropical fruits, and population genetics.
Graham founded his own company, Guard Hill Landscapes, based out of Bedford, New York. He performs a variety of landscape services including everything from artistic pruning and shaping, to the construction of edible gardens and perennials beds, and even invasive species identification and control.
Kaitlin Harris is the Director of The Youth Garden Project in Moab, Utah. The Youth Garden Project teaches students between 6 - 11 yrs. old all aspects of gardening.
Samuel Hoadley is employed as a horticulturist at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.

Joe Ibrahim is currently a Senior Winemaker with Ernest & Julio Gallo Wines in California. He is in charge of the grape to bottle production for Gallo's entire sparkling wine portfolio which is about 5 Million cases a year. E & J Gallo is the largest family-owned winery in the U.S.

Matthew s a Vermont Certified Horticulturist and runs his company, "Morning Dew Landscaping & Stonework LLC" in Jeffersonville, Vermont.
Nick and his brother started Nectar Creek Honeywine pursuing a dream to continue the brewing heritage of the Pacific Northwest. Bridging the gap between horticulture, fermentation sciences and beekeeping the two brothers worked together to develop Nectar Creek.
Graham is an Agronomist at Agrimanagement, an independent crop consulting company that works with growers in eastern WA and northeast OR. He is involved in irrigation monitoring, IPM scouting, soil fertility sampling, nutrient management, and writes many associated recommendations. Graham holds a Washington State Commercial Consultant license and is a Certified Crop Adviser.
