Much of Dr. Kasserís service is related to including all individuals
into meaningful and optimal physical activity programs. She directs
these efforts toward two primary groups:
Physical Activity Practitioners
Dr. Kasser presents sessions and works with practitioners throughout
the nation and abroad to facilitate their knowledge and skills in the area

Adults with Physical Disabilities
Dr. Kasser conducts seminars and exercise programs for adults with physical
disabilities throughout Vermont. Her Fitness through Individualized
Training (FIT) Program offers local adults with Multiple Sclerosis the
opportunity to exercise on a regular basis.
