During the extended holiday break period, Mail Services delivery will operate from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Monday, December 30, 2013 only. This will ensure no back log of U.S. Mail and allow for timely receipt of any late-year donated funds to be recorded for 2013 tax purposes.
There will be no outgoing Mail Service.
All mail will be delivered on the aforementioned date only.
In cases where Mail Services cannot access your building (the building is locked) or the mail drop-off point, we will hold that mail until after the holiday and deliver it on Thursday, January 2, 2014.
Outgoing FedEx and UPS packages will not be processed during this period. If you need to ship something via FedEx or UPS, please use your FedEx Ship Manager or Campus Ship internet account and schedule a pick-up online.
Delivery companies such as FedEx and UPS will attempt to make their deliveries. If you are expecting something urgent, please be advised that delays may occur due to buildings being locked. In these cases, it is recommended that you communicate directly with the shipper to obtain tracking numbers so you may communicate with the delivery company and make alternate arrangements for receipt.

Printing & Mailing operations in Waterman along with Underground Copy will be closed.
Staff will be on hand December 27, 28, 30 and 31 only until FedEx deliveries have been completed (usually no later than noon).
Incoming U.S. Mail will be sorted only on Monday, December 30, 2013.
There will be no outgoing mail and shipping at The College of Medicine during this period.
