Print Services

Digital Printing & Copying

The Print & Mail Center can utilize electronic design files output to our high-speed digital printers (copiers) to produce superior resolution black and color prints (up to 12" x 18" full bleed). We also use traditional means of scanning and copying documents to produce booklets and course materials.

Variable Data Printing

VDP combines database fields with text and graphic elements for the production of print pieces unique to the recipient. VDP data is frequently used in research surveys, fund raising and one-to-one marketing.

Finishing

Our finishing completes the print process and may include trimming, collating, folding, binding, stitching, laminating, and packaging.

Offset Printing

Conventional offset printing processes are available for the printing of office materials such as envelopes, letterhead and business cards. Additionally, we serve as a print broker to procure items that are beyond our scope. We have working relationships with area printers for producing labels, banners, reports, die-cut folders and more. These relationships provide competitive pricing because printers enjoy working with other printers. This process often reduces waste and lessens the potential for errors because of the shared industry expertise.
