Supporting our variable data printing capabilities, the Print & Mail Center offers inserting technology that incorporates a camera matching system where personalized mail pieces are matched and inserted together in one process.

Mailing Standards

Using USPS licensed software, Mail Services can complete bulk mail processes that provide reduced postage costs through automation and eliminate undeliverable addresses. Using this software for CASS certification, presorting, move update (NCOA link), and output hardware for addressing and tabbing insures mail pieces meet all postal standards at reduced postage rates.
