The reference section for each set of slides includes links to papers, and superscript citation numbers link to the reference section as well (please let me know if any links behave badly).
The handouts provide condensed and collapsed versions of the slides (3x2).
The `lecture' pdf's include all the incremental reveals whereas the `slides' pdf's have flattened frames and are better for reading online.
These slides were produced using the excellent beamer Latex class and some sneaky perl scripts to generate these lectures.
