1. What is worse for water quality agricultural activity or suburban development?

2. As more of the central valley of California is developed will it hurt or help Vermont Farmers? Vermont Consumers?

3. Would it be better to protect the Central Valley and eliminate farming elsewhere in favor of environmental preservation? Why or why not?
