Building a Longer-Term Partnership

Your partnership with the university doesn't have to be limited to one course. Consider and pursue opportunities to work with the same faculty member or students in other classes, or talk with the faculty member or one of our staff about other classes you could work with in the future. Some organizations are able to start a longer project in one course and then have later courses carry out other steps in the same project.

For example, some students may research and recommend a plan or project for your organization, and a later course may help you implement it. Sustaining a partnership provides time for you and the university to develop a strong relationship and optimize the benefits you provide to each other.
