This agreement contains the standard terms and conditions under which the University enters into agreements or contracts with the private sector. University faculty may share this model agreement with potential sponsors. Please note, however, that no agreement is valid without the signatures of the authorized officials of both parties. Standard University policies regarding internal approvals, budgeting and so on apply. Please contact your OSP administrator for assistance.
