International Student Bike Ride

Time: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Meet at ECHO Center at 11AM
Description: International Students are invited to join this bike ride along Burlington's great bike trail. We will meet at the ECHO Center at 11AM and together ride north to the end of the "causeway" and back. Bring your bike, borrow a bike, or rent a bike from a location in town. Helmets are strongly encouraged. Pack your lunch so that you can get more energy when we take a break. To sign up, email Emma.Swift@uvm.edu. This is a free event, but sign-up is necessary so that you know if the event is cancelled, due to rain.

Pre-Departure Orientation

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Waterman
Description: This is a mandatory orientation session for all UVM students studying abroad for Spring 2015.

-10:00 am Exchange (UVM & ISEP, Direct Enrollment, Buckham) Programs
-10:30 am External Study Abroad Programs

Registration will be at the kiosk help desk area on the 3rd floor of Waterman Building.

Registration opens one half hour before the sessions; arrive early!

Note: This pre-departure orientation does not apply to students participating on UVM faculty-led programs or semester-long programs in Oaxaca.

Description: International students and American students interested in all things international are invited to join this fun potluck dinner. A potluck means that you prepare a food dish - something to share - and join in a fun group dinner. If you wish to warm food at the event, come a bit early. We hope to begin eating shortly after 6PM.
