Research personnel must complete the General Training module prior to obtaining access to the research animal facilities. Personnel should complete the the Surgery Training, Drug Training and/or Euthanasia Training module(s) if applicable.
Personnel performing surgery or euthanasia also should complete the relevant training modules.
Choose the desired training module, review the materials, and take the on-line quiz. Once you submit the quiz, your responses will be automatically entered in the OACM database as having completed the training.

The Occupational Health form is filled out and submitted to IACUC on an annual basis starting with the Occupational Health Baseline Form for the first year, then the Occupational Health Annual Form for subsequent years.
