September

• (Advisory) Planning Committee recruited & formed.
  
• Facilitator applications available (by end of Sept.): Go to the forms page to complete an application.

October

• Thurs. Oct. 1st Planning Committee Meeting 11am
• Thurs. Oct. 8th Planning Committee Meeting 11am
• Friday, Oct. 16th at 12pm: Facilitator applications due.
• Facilitator Team selections made & announced (by late Oct.).
• Participant applications available (by early October).
• Thurs. Oct. 29th Facilitator Intro Meeting 3-4pm Livak Ballroom

November

• Thurs. Nov. 5th Planning Committee Meeting 11am
• Next Step Facilitator training, Sat. Nov. 16th (all day)
• Monday, Nov. 16th Participant Applications Due by 12pm.  
• Participants are selected & notified by Thanksgiving Break. 

December 

• Wed. Dec. 16th all participant & facilitator pre-retreat gathering 2-4pm location TBA.
