UVM Band Sousathon

The UVM Band Sousathon is a fundraiser for the Band's trip to Europe in January, 2007. The Band will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of its founding with concert performances in Vienna and Salzburg, Austria, Munich, Germany, and a special concert in Bratislava, Slovakia, sponsored by the US Embassy.

Beginning at 3:00 on Saturday, September 16 and concluding with a 3:00 concert in the Redstone Pine Grove (rainsite: Music Building Recital Hall) on Sunday, September 17, UVM Band members will be performing the music of John Philip Sousa and many other composers.

How can I help? There are two ways to help the Band raise money for its trip:
1) Send a donation to the Band that will be used for student scholarships

                                                             or
             2) Sponser a member of the Band
