Financial Record System (FRS)

The process of registration starts by filling out the FRS application. After printing it from the webpage, complete the form and submit it to the FRS account administrator (Michael Meunier 656-1375).

When the account has been set up, the account administrator will contact you with your FRS ID number and your password.

      The process of registration starts by filling out the CMS application. After printing it from the webpage, complete the form per the instructions and submit it to the CMS account administrator (Sharon Provost, 656-1290).

When the account has been set up, the CMS account administrator will contact you.

The process of registration starts by filling out the HRS application. After printing it from the webpage, complete the form and submit it to the HRS Security administrator (Lee Stewart 656-3433).

When the account has been set up, the HRS Security
administrator will contact you with your HRS ID number
and your password.

To obtain an E-mail account, follow the instructions at the ZOO Electronic Account Application Website. After you have successfully submitted your application, your E-mail account will be available for use the following day. Before this will working properly, the Human Resource Department needs to have
submitted the new employee's data into their database. This will typically happen after the new employee's orientation.

                     File Server System

The process of obtaining an account on a file server (Genesis or Sis-em for the Controller's area)is to print and fill out the Novell Netware Server Account Request Form. Please drop off this filled out form to the Account Administrator (Ellen Nims, 113-J Waterman, 62006).

The process of registration starts by filling out the application for Access to the Banner Student Information System and UVM's Administrative Data Use policy. After printing these forms, complete them and submit them to the Banner Account Administrator (Gail Starks, Registrar, 360 Waterman, 656-2045)

Upon account setup, the Banner Account Administrator will contact you with the appropriate information.
