Constructed wetlands have been explored for the
past twenty years as a low cost low, impact environmentally sustainable alternative
to conventional wastewater treatment facilities. This website is focused on
constructed wetlands; thier design, construction, capacities for
remediation of pathogens and toxins, macro fauna and flora, and microbial
populations. There is a substantial body of peer-reviewed literature that is
available, and will be cited throughout the text to support the validity of the
assertions made by the author. ![]() |
