Participants
The Next Step Retreat is made up of roughly 65 participants (undergraduate and graduate students) and a team of 16 facilitators who work in teams of two to lead small groups of 8-10 participants through the retreat experience. Selected each November, participants are expected to participate in an all retreat prep meetings in early December.

& Expectations 2012-2013
*It is mandatory that ALL participants attend the
Thursday, December 6th Pre-Retreat Gathering. Time and location to be announced. (This is a reading day during finals!)

It is mandatory that ALL participants attend the retreat from beginning to end (January 18-20, 2013)
* It is expected that participants will:
o remain mentally and emotionally engaged throughout the retreat.
o Have a willingness to be open to discussion and learning from everyone involved.
o Agree to keep confidentiality.
To apply to participate in the Next Step 2013 retreat, please apply via the Lynx. Login, the go to the Leadership & Civic Engagement organization's forms. Send questions to nextstep[at]uvm.edu. Apply by Wednesday, November 14th at midnight! There is a $20 fee to participate (due at the all retreat pre-meeting). Scholarships are available---please note your need in your application!
