If you are an advisor to a student organization which receives funds from the Student Government Association, please see that correct financial procedure is followed; a copy of the Treasurer's Guide is available online or in the SGA office.
If you are an advisor to a student organization which does not receive funds from Student Government Association, please see that the correct financial procedure is followed; the University Accounting Office will be of assistance to you.
Assist your organization with its regular budget, especially if it is to be submitted to the Student Government in connection with a request for an appropriation; sign the budget request as an indication to the Student Government Association Senate that you have knowledge of the organization's financial plans.
