This is a rough sketch of the re-design for the stand.  The previous model
was too expensive, along with other various problems.  
1. 8' pole made from Al
2. Arm for the solar panel and sensor.
3. Legs for stability
4. U bolts
5. 90 degree Elbow
6. Plywood Base
