This
was our first iteration which failed to meet several criteria.
One problem was the solar panel was too close to the ground;
there was a potential with this design that the solar panel could get
buried the snow. The other reason it failed was that it was too
expensive; this design is made of prefabricated pieces, and the
connection pieces are expensive.
