This is our "final" concept design.  There are a few changes that were made from the rough sketch also featured on the home page.
1. The added anchoring system.
2. The fixed hinge design on the solar panel.  This will later be attached to a spring that will purge snow from the solar panel.  
3. The use of Al instead of Speed Rail.
