Joyce,
	Thanks for a wonderful update on the PT3 project.
	When I reflect on what the grant has done it should be clear to
anybody around this place that cares to think on the topic that what we in
CESS may have in technology is because of your efforts of longstanding to
support that work.  So, rather than focus today on the mouse in the water
(not a good combination of course) be smug with the satisfaction you
should take in your work with us here at UVM and indeed around Vermont.
	To paraphrase the line from a popular song (perhaps in another
lifetime ), "Baby (no gender/sexual message intended!) you're the best."
