Judith Kessler- Senior Technician
I began my career in the Pathology Department as an electron microscopy
technician about 100 years ago. This led somewhat naturally to my doing
all of the publication and presentation photograpy and graphics for the
department. As this work moved almost completely from the darkroom and the
drawing board to the computer, I developed a few electronic skills that
made me the obvious choice for this position.
Now, I spend my days preparing images and text for CATS, assisting with
programming the sections and trying to keep that Zimmer in line. (Working
with the bright students that we've been lucky enough to have on the project
is actually the most rewarding part of this job.) In theory, I back up Mark
in the hardware realm; but I still sometimes have difficulty discerning
a baud from a byte.
Below are a few good friends and my real interest in life. Obedience
and agility training are much more fun than computing.
