A new way to report computing problems to CALS ito

The CALS Information Technology Office has changed the way you enter Footprints so that you no longer need to remember a userID and password in order to submit a request for assistance.

Now you can either:

1. Visit the main CALS page:

http://www.uvm.edu/cals

then click the Computing Resources link on the left, then click the Footprints Login link on the left and follow the screen prompts.

-OR-

2. Point your web browser directly to:

http://footprints.uvm.edu/calshelp.html

then follow the screen prompts.

Both methods require a valid UVM email address (either form of firstname.lastname@uvm.edu or flast@uvm.edu is accepted).

As always, if you have any trouble with submitting a footprint entry please contact an IT Office member and we will be glad to help you!
