| The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) Information
Technology Office is part of the CALS Dean's Office. Its role is to
provide information technology (IT) support for faculty and staff of the
College. While not duplicating services provided by UVM's Department of Enterprise Technology Resources (ETS; previously CIT), our office strives to enhance those
services by addressing CALS-specific needs. Please review our policies. You can request assistance from our office using a web-based help
program called Footprints. This program is hosted by
ETS (CIT) and is set up with information specific to CALS. Each request
is logged in a database, so it will be directed to the most appropriate
individual who can help you. In addition we will be able to track
problems and generate reports. Login to Footprints or refer to
the CALS Footprints help page.
