November 5thth, Saturday;   6.30 PM to 11.30 PM

People will be allowed inside the auditorium starting at 5.30 PM. The cultural programs start at 6:30 PM and end around 8:00 PM. The delicious Indian dinner starts immediately after the performances. Dance floor will be open for 2 to 3 hours beginning right after dinner and ending at 11.30 pm.

ISA Members and event performers:  1) On the day of event, i.e., 5th Nov., the stage will be available to all the performers for practice ONLY from 12:00 until 4:30 pm. So please make sure that you arrive between the alloted time in order to practice (if you wish to warm-up) before the actual show begins at 6:30 pm. No one will be allowed on the stage after 4:30 pm. And don't forget to bring your ticket on that day.
