Nathan Orgain, BA, WEMT-I is active in local EMS with UVM Rescue. He brings to IREMS perspective gained during 10 years in prehospital EMS and Emergency Department work. His special interests include toxicology, tropical medicine, and backcountry orthopedics and sports medicine.

Todd Wright, BA, WEMT-I, is director of Saint Michael's College Wilderness Program in Colchester, VT, a SOLO Instructor and an active member of Saint Michael's Fire/Rescue. Todd's work as an professional mountain guide, member of the American Mountain Guide Association, experiences as a combat infantryman and EMT give IREMS students a balanced perspective of wilderness medicine firmly rooted in experience.
