I get to be active in making changes and to shape what some of those changes look like. IRA is the chance to be that change I want to see.

2011-2012 Executive Board

Knight Ducharme

President

My name is Knight Ducharme and I joined IRA because I wanted to help make a large, positive impact for on-campus student life. As president, I represent the on campus

student interest to Residential Life, Student Life, University Dining Services, and wherever else the on-campus voice should be heard.

Jordan Redell

Vice President and Treasurer

As Vice President and Treasurer, I manage the budget for IRA. We’re fortunate to have such a large budget that we’re able to not only fund some of our own programming but also give money to support other programs that student organizations are planning around campus. I’m also there to support and help other members of the E-Board. I joined IRA because getting involved in extra-curricular activities is a really crucial part of my own university experience. While my academic education is at the top of my priority list, I also want to make sure that by the end of my career at UVM, I have a strong skill-set when it comes to communicating with others and leadership.
