Introduction:
How do you get YOUR news??
There are many different sources today that keep people informed about what is going on in the world around them. Some of the sources include the Internet, radio, television, magazines and newspapers. Imagine if we lived in a time period that didn't have any type of technology?! Well there actually was a time where technology did not exist and people still got their news.
Now imagine yourself being transported back to the year 1622. You now live in Plymouth, Massachusetts. What was life like back then? What did people eat? What did they dress like?

You and your classmates have become journalists! In order to keep the community informed with the local scoop your class will create a newspaper called Colonial Times.
