Spring Street - Old North End, Burlington, Vermont

Spring Street

By 1890, Spring Street, connecting to Elmwood Avenue, Walnut Street, Archibald Street, and Intervale Avenue, was relatively built up.   The southern end of the street met with Intervale Avenue and Cloarec Court, and the northern end met the “School House.”[1]  This school house would be replaced in 1904-1905 by the H. O. Wheeler School, and become a prominent area of the Old North End.

No historical photographs could be found of this area.
