Cloarec Court

Cloarec Court was constructed between 1877 and 1890 as a private right of way. It is almost immediately across from Spring Street. Its outlet is to Intervale Avenue. This right of way was named for Rev. J. M. Cloarec, who owned most of the land surrounding it. However, no buildings were built in this right of way by the time the 1890 Hopkins Map was drawn.[1]
No historic images can be found for Cloarec Court.
