South WIllard Historic District


South Willard Historic District spans along South Willard Street from Pearl Street at its northern end and to Beach Street at its southern end. It is a very large area and covers buildings within the University of Vermont Campus and the Champlain College campus. It was formed as a district on November 3rd, 1988. The buildings built between 1877 and 1890 within the district stand as follows:

192 Jackson Court is also listed within the district, but it is also listed separately, as the Well-Jackson Carriage House-Complex. However only one of the three buildings in this complex were built between 1877-1890 the other two were built around 1900. This was listed individually on December 10th, 1982.
