The Sites & Structures Survey states that this building was constructed circa 1870. I feel that this building's location suggests that it may be the home of D. B. Winslow on the 1869 map. A full title search would be beneficial in determining this homes origin. D. B. Winslow was a carpenter, and if this was his home it is likely that he built it.
