467 South Union

This property was sold by Hiram White to Dwight Blackman in 1860. Hiram White owned two duplexes directly behind this lot on St. Paul Street. Blackman died in 1867 and his wife continued living at 467 South Union Street until 1896.(1) The house then passed through a number of short-term occupants including a plumber, a bookkeeper, an employee of the Rutland Rail Road, a music teacher, and a clerk at Baily's Music Rooms on Church Street.
