Fall in Vermont offers plenty of outdoor and indoor adventures. This was especially true for Honors College students and University Heights North residents; this fall they took occasional breaks from the books in order to embrace the season and enjoy each other's company.
In September Honors College students embraced the best of Vermont fall weather and fall produce when they visited Shelburne Orchards. Students spent the day apple picking, enjoying cider donuts, and sampling the orchard's cider.

Halloween may only last for a day, but this October Hall Council, Honors College students and University Heights North residents celebrated the holiday with a week of festive activities. The event, aptly named "Halloweenapalooza," included a morning of free coffee, Halloween-related arts and crafts, and pumpkin carving.

The holidays came to University Heights North in November when Hall Council threw a Yule Ball, a festive evening event. Students gathered in the University Heights North multipurpose room for a night of socializing and dancing.
